First Time Hela Salary Advance Applicants:
- Go to google play store, search for Hela Pesa App and install.
- Provide your registration details.
- Create your password.
- OTP number is sent to your phone.
- Enter OTP number for your account to be activated.
Once your account is activated:
- Apply for your salary advance by selecting the apply salary advance menu.
- Providing required payroll details and submit
After your account details are verified and approved by Hela you will:
- Receive your money instantly via your Mpesa number.
How to make payments
OPTION 1: Pay via payroll check off system facilitated by your employer.
OPTION 2: Pay directly to Hela on the App by clicking pay button, Enter Amount and Pin.
